Finish standard

The apartments are sold in a developer's standard. They will have a built-in kitchen, built-in wardrobes in the rooms and a finished bathroom. They will also be equipped with a ventilation system. The developer offers a turnkey finishing service.

At the construction stage, real estate prices are 30-40% lower than after the facility is built.

The construction of the investment takes 2-3 years, and its value increases by an average of 15% per year.
