Taxes:

  • Stamp duty: 0.5% of the selling price. Paid within 21 days of signing the contract

  • Property transfer tax: 3% of the sale price for the first purchase of a property. Payable at the time of transfer of the title, after handing over the keys, in the name of the buyer.

  • VAT- 5%
