CONCEPT
The architectural style we chose is loft. We were inspired by the amazing
buildings built in the industrial loft style of New York City.
This style is so familiar to people from the CIS countries, Europe and America
that absolutely everyone will fall in love with this design at first sight and feel
at home.
Each building has no connecting walls with the neighboring one and has 4 floors. The floor area varies from 60 to 80 m2.
The buildings are arranged around the perimeter of the site and look out onto a patio.
On each floor it is possible to arrange from 1 to 2 apartments, depending on the wishes of the client and the size of the building.
